    The location is fantastic, with pleasant weather even in December and a great selection of fresh fruits at breakfast. The swim-up room was definitely a highlight, providing easy access to the pool. While some staff were friendly, service in the restaurants was often slow and disorganized, detracting from the overall experience.

    We had a separate bedroom. The facilities, such as an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat screen cable TV, were all that was needed. The location was good in a great area, so close to Santa Maria

    The all-inclusive drinks at the pool bar were good.

    On several occasions, our restaurant bookings went missing, leading to frustrating waits during busy mealtimes. Our room wasn't cleaned regularly, and we encountered issues with towels not being replaced. This disorganization made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation.

    Amazing Honeymoon Experience with Standout Staff

    We just returned from an very nice stay celebrating our honeymoon and were blown away by the room and pool area. The Junior Suite we booked was spacious and well-appointed, with a great pool view. The star of the show was definitely the staff, especially bartender Domingos, who crafted the best cocktails by the pool! One area for improvement would be the organization at the restaurant as we did experience some slow service on occasion.

    The melia had a fantastic location by the beach, great for strolling or jogging. We loved our level beautiful double room with pool access. The lounge with snacks and all-inclusive drinks was a real treat.

    Couples paradise for a nice escape

    The location was perfect, right by the beach! We loved lounging by the great pool bar, where bartender Domingos made some very nice drinks that just hit the spot on a hot day. Another highlight was Charlene at reception, she went out of her way to help us plan our outings and it made our honeymoon extra special!

    It wasn't cheap but you know what you're getting so it's acceptable.

    The amazing room had a hair dryer, toiletries, and dressing gowns. the breakfast had a wide range of fabulous meals. the hotel was near Santa Maria.
